HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business day of placing the order. If you need to expedite your order, please call us at 408-456-0333 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders placed over the weekend will ship by Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, your order will be shipped by Wednesday. Once your order has been shipped estimated transit times are below.
Some smaller items shipped via US Postal service Priority Mail may arrive within 2-4 days, so be sure to check your tracking# to obtain an estimate on delivery date for your order.
Your order will ship the next business day. If you need the item shipped on the same day you place the order, please call us and we will do our best to expedite your request. Please note that certain remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times as dictated by our shippers. The time-frames listed below is an estimate of when your package will arrive.
What if no one is home when my package is delivered?
If you enter your home address as the "Shipping Address" and you are not home when the package is delivered, the carrier may leave the package at your door if he feels it is a safe location. If you live in an apartment building, deliveries will not usually be left at the door and the carrier will make 2-3 attempts to deliver. The carrier will leave a door tag and it is your responsibility to make arrangements for re-delivery or pick up.
If the package is returned to us due to the fact that you were not home and did not respond to the notices left by the carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs charged by the carrier to resend the order to you.
We recommend using your work address if it is possible to do so as the "Shipping Address", if someone will be there during business hours to receive packages in a secure place.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging if you contact us within 10 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). When you call us, we will email you instructions and the address for the return. The item must reach our warehouse in new & good condition within 2 weeks of date the return authorization was given.
For items received after the above time frames, there will be a restocking fee depending on the product. We regret that shipping charges to send the item to you for the original purchase and cost to return the item to us are not refundable. If you received free shipping or shipping discount coupon, these will be deducted from your return. We recommend that you insure all packages you send back to us. Green Floral Crafts will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us. If you return an item but it is lost or damaged coming back to us, you can claim the damage or loss with the carrier you used in shipping the product back to us. We will provide you as much information as possible for your claim, but we can only issue credit for returns that reach our warehouse in good condition.
Clearance and Special Sale Item
Items on Clearance and Specials sales (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not returnable
If your item was damaged when you received it, you must notify us immediately by emailing us or calling 408-456-0333 so we can alert the shipping company and file a claim. You must report the damage to us within 5 business days of item delivery if you would like a replacement or refund. DO NOT return the item without an authorization.
